2eco Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 2eco platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 2eco platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 2eco ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 2eco platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 2eco reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account reasonably suspected of not meeting this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, an active email address, and phone number.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
- 2eco reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing any reason.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Do not share your login details with anyone. 2eco will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such disclosure.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 2eco platform complies with all applicable laws in Malaysia and any other relevant jurisdiction. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to exploit, hack, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party in any way.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users or to the platform.
- Attempting to access 2eco's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
- Using any method that undermines the integrity of games or the fairness of the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 2eco reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 2eco platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can make deposits and withdrawals using supported local payment methods including internet bank transfer, mobile e-wallets, and DuitNow QR.
2eco does not cover any charges imposed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for understanding any fees that may be levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 2eco account holder.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include your identification card.
- 2eco reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if deemed necessary.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed within the platform.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, 2eco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including technical interruptions, system failures, or unauthorized access not caused by our negligence. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
2eco reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or unlawful activity. Balances in frozen accounts are subject to investigation before any decision regarding withdrawal is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2eco platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, source code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 2eco and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 2eco platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws
Right to Amend Terms
2eco reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
